Printing a proposal

Hawkeye Estimates provides a print-friendly customer layout. The application relies on the browser print dialog; it does not generate or attach a server-created PDF.

Print from the editor

1. Save the latest changes.
2. Read the Live proposal preview.
3. Select Print Preview in the editor header.
4. Choose a printer or the browser’s Save as PDF destination.
5. Review the browser preview before confirming.

Editor controls are removed from the printed output.

Print from a secure customer link

Open the valid customer link and select Print or save as PDF. The secure-link notice and action controls are not part of the printout.

Check print quality

• Confirm all active option cards are present.
• Look for warranty text split awkwardly across pages.
• Verify images are loaded before opening the print dialog.
• Use the browser’s default scale first.
• Keep background graphics enabled when the browser offers that setting and the tier accents are helpful.
• Confirm the selected paper size and orientation.
