Customer preview

The Live proposal preview updates as you edit. It is the fastest way to catch inconsistent labels, missing comparison details, and customer-facing notes that need revision.

What the preview includes

The preview can show:

• Proposal and customer information
• Selected installation-scope items and custom work
• General proposal notes
• One, two, or three equipment cards
• Equipment images, specifications, warranty text, and option notes
• Price, discount, and final total for each active option

Empty equipment fields and unchecked scope items are omitted automatically.

What stays internal

Customer preview, print, and secure snapshots omit importer warnings, source links, field provenance, review controls, and other administrative delivery controls. Those details remain in the editor for contractor review.

Review on a narrow screen

On phones and narrow windows, equipment cards stack so each option remains readable. Scroll through all active options and compare their final totals. The print layout handles pagination separately from the on-screen mobile view.

Customer-safe does not mean customer-approved

The public proposal is read-only. The platform does not include a customer acceptance or signature workflow. Follow your approved business process for acceptance after the customer reviews the proposal.
